Referral Program Disclaimer

1. General Disclaimer The ImagineThat.icu Bonus Referral Program is an optional reward program for our active clients and not a guaranteed part of any ad purchase. By participating in the program, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. No Guarantee of Payout Participation in the Referral Program does not guarantee any referral payout. The payout is contingent upon your ability to successfully refer six new users who purchase an ad spot using your unique referral link. Your success in the program is your sole responsibility. We are not liable for any failure to achieve a payout, nor do we guarantee any level of success or any specific number of referrals.

3. Eligibility Eligibility to participate in the program is granted on an individual ad purchase basis. You become eligible upon purchasing an ad and choosing to opt into the program. Your eligibility for that specific ad concludes once a referral block is completed and a payout is earned, at which point your name is removed from the referral matrix. To regain eligibility, you must purchase a new ad and opt into the program again.

4. Payouts A payout is earned once your referral link fills a block of seven total users, which includes your referral and six new sign-ups. All payouts will be processed to the bank account you have on file. It is your responsibility to ensure your banking information is accurate and up-to-date.

5. Program Modifications We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Referral Program at any time, with or without notice. We also reserve the right to disqualify any participant if we suspect fraudulent activity or a violation of our Terms of Service. Any changes will be posted on our website.

6. Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Imagine That Design Team will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from or in connection with your participation in the Referral Program.
